Hi, I’m Susan A. De León, a Navarre, Florida Realtor® and Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers throughout Navarre and Florida’s Emerald Coast since 2004. My goal is to make the real estate process clear, organized and as stress-free as possible, whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, relocating with the military, downsizing, investing or planning your next move.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Navarre, Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze, Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Milton, Pace and surrounding Emerald Coast communities. My experience includes first-time home buyers, military relocation and VA buyers, retirement and downsizing, investment properties, new construction, land, condominiums, waterfront and beachfront properties, and commercial real estate.

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Florida Military Specialist (FMS), I understand the unique timing and logistics that can come with a PCS move. I also hold the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations, allowing me to provide additional guidance in a variety of real estate situations.

My approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate clearly and stay involved from our first conversation through closing. Beyond real estate, I enjoy being involved in the Navarre community. Over the years, I’ve served on Navarre Area Board of Realtors® committees, worked with the Navarre Chamber of Commerce and co-chaired the Hidden Creek Annual Golf Tournament. Staying connected to the community I serve is important to me.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me creating driftwood and shell art, tackling home projects, playing golf or enjoying the beaches and natural beauty of Northwest Florida. After more than 30 years in the area, I’m grateful to live and work in a community I truly enjoy.
